Provision of 5 modern, flexible, high quality business units in 10,000 square feet of floor space on the Roseland Peninsula.

Designed to allow flexibility in use, the units are suitable as studios, offices, workshops or a combination thus ensuring adaptability to the changing needs of businesses. The ability to install mezzanine flooring has been incorporated into the design adding the potential for increased floor space.

We have designed the buildings to be capable of installing a mezzanine floor should it be required. The units are all currently let to the following tenants:-
